I'm Anthony. I've been in restaurants for 20 years, and my family since 1954. I've run a food truck and catering business since 2014. I built caters.me for one simple thing: customers pick a date, see the exact price and send their deposit, without ten emails back and forth.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
For our founding businesses, the first year is free, with no card and no contract. After that it's $29.99 a month. There's no commission on your bookings: your customers' deposits go straight to you.
How do I keep my founding spot?
The 25 founding spots go to businesses that really use caters.me. Your page is live within 14 days (we set it up together), your link is public within 30 days, you use it in your first month (at least one booking received or one booking link sent to a client), and we talk for 15 minutes after 30 days. After that, just sign in at least once a month. After 90 days without activity, the spot goes to another business; your account and data stay, and you move to the regular offer.
My prices change often. Is that a problem?
No. You change your prices yourself in a few minutes, and your booking page updates right away.
Every event is different. Does it still work?
Your page takes the standard orders: per-person or per-item menus, minimums, travel, extra hours. For a truly custom event, you can prepare the booking yourself and send the customer a link they just confirm.
How do my customers pay the deposit?
By Interac e-transfer, cheque or another method you choose. Each deposit is matched to the right booking automatically, with a deadline and reminders. An unpaid date frees itself up.
I already have a website or an online shop.
Keep them. Add a « Réserver » button that opens your caters.me page, or put the link in your Instagram bio.
Is it in French and English?
Yes. Your page, the emails your customers get and your terms are French first, with English one click away.
Is caters.me a marketplace?
No. You get your own page under your name; you're not listed next to your competitors, and your customers stay yours.
What happens to my data?
Your data and your customers' data belong to you. It's used only to run your bookings, never sold, and the database is hosted in Canada.
How long until I'm live?
