About
Take bookings, not phone calls.
caters.me is an invite-only online booking platform that gives food trucks and caterers a clear, bilingual booking page with menus, availability and exact pricing, so customers can book with confidence and operators spend less time answering the same questions.
What caters.me does
Your own booking page
Each business gets its own address, like yourtruck.caters.me, where customers see real availability, your menu and the exact price, then hold their date with a deposit.
Deposits that go straight to you
Customers pay their deposit by Interac e-transfer, directly to you. Each booking gets its own amount, down to the cent, so matching a payment takes one click. Dates that aren't paid in time free themselves.
Your calendar and your team
Your trucks, hours and time between events are built in, so a date can't be double-booked. Your staff see upcoming events, request shifts and log their hours.
Menus for caterers
Customers can split their guest count across your menu, like 30 chicken and 20 veggie sandwiches, and every booking comes with a prep list.
What makes caters.me different
Built by an operator
caters.me was created by someone who runs restaurants, not by software people guessing from a distance. It's built around the work that actually gets in the way: repeating menus and prices, chasing deposits and juggling dates.
No commission
Many booking platforms take a cut of every booking or charge monthly fees that eat into small margins. caters.me takes no commission, payments go straight to you, and founding businesses get their first year free.
Exact pricing up front
Menu, headcount, travel, minimum spend and Quebec taxes are calculated on screen, so customers know what they're booking before they commit, and you skip the back-and-forth.
Made in Québec, fully bilingual
Built in Montréal. Every page and every email works in French and English, and your customers choose.
Shaped with founding businesses
Founding businesses get their first year free and a direct say in what gets built next, based on their real bookings.

The team behind caters.me
caters.me was founded in Montréal in 2026 by Anthony, one of the owners of Dic Ann's, a family restaurant business operating since 1954 with more than 15 locations.
That background shapes the product: keep it practical, respect the time of small business owners, and remove the repetitive work that gets in the way of serving customers.
